Designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, professionals going abroad, getting married, wanted to start dhaba and homemakers.

Day 1 – November 10 (Sunday):  *Basic Cooking I*

  1. Vegetable Cuttings & Chopping Techniques
  2. Stuffed Cheese / Paneer Paratha
  3. Stuffed Mix Veg. Paratha
  4. Four Types of Chutneys
  5. Sabji (One Dry & One Gravy)

Day 2 – November 17 (Sunday):  *Basic Cooking IITechniques of using microwave oven effectively

  1. Techniques of using microwave oven effectively
  2. Modes of Microwave Oven
  3. Lemon Rice
  4. Pulao
  5. Dhaba / Tadka Daal
  6. Daal Makhni
  7. Rawa Idli
  8. Roasted Papad
  9. Gajar Halwa

Day 3 – November 24 (Sunday):  *Soup & Salad*

Day 9– January 05 (Sunday): *North Indian Cuisine*

Day 10– January 12 (Sunday): *Basic Baking & Icing*

*Timing:* 10:00 AM to 3.00 PM

*Total Fees:* Rs. 13,000/- per participant only

*Online :* It is mandatory to register in advance by paying Rs. 1000/- through Google Pay or Paytm on 9011082466. This payment will be adjusted against the total fees and the participant have to pay the remaining fees of Rs. 12000/- before the start of the workshop.

*Fees for Individual Workshop:* Rs. 1300/- ( for Veg.) & Rs. 1500 (for Non Veg.) per workshop.

*Total Seats:* 6-8 only

*Certificate:* Certificate of attendance will be issued to the candidates with 100% attendance and only acquiring the required skills.

*Note*: This is a hands-on workshop and you may carry your own cooked items proportionately back home for your loved ones. You will be getting a file of recipes, pen and chef cap before the start of the session. You do not have to carry any ingredients.
