Bakery (Weekend) Workshop | 04 Days

This course has been designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, home-bakers, also for those wanted to start their own bakery shop.

Note: You may attend any individual day workshop as well.

Day 02: May 18th (Saturday)
1. Whole Wheat Bread
2. Chocolate Chip Cookies
3. Shrewsbury Biscuits
4. Plum Cake
5. Pizza Base
6. Chocolate Cake
Day 03: May 25th (Saturday)
1. Focaccia
2. Carrot Cake
3. Cup Cake
4. Cheese Cake
5. Brownie
6. Doughnut
Day 04: June 1st (Saturday)
1. Black Forest Cake (with base sponge & icing)
2. Pineapple Gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
3. Chocolate Ganache (with base sponge & icing)
4. Photo Cake (with base sponge & icing)
5. Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

Dates: May 11, 18, 25 & June 1st, 2019
Timing: 10:00 AM to 4.00 PM

Fees Payable: Rs. 5,500/- per participant only.
Online Registration Fees: It is mandatory to register in advance by paying Rs.1000/- through Google Pay or Paytm on 9011082466. This payment will be adjusted against the total fees and the participant have to pay the remaining fees of Rs. 4,500/- before the start of the workshop.
Fees for Individual Workshop: Rs. 1500/- per workshop.

Note: This is a hands-on workshop and you may carry your own baked items proportionately back home for your loved ones. You will be getting a file of recipes, pen and chef cap before the start of the session. You do not have to carry any ingredients.
