These special 8 days of hands-on workshops have been designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, home-makers, and working.

Day 01: Regular Daily Cooking

  1. Different types of Vegetable Cutting
  2. Two types of stuffed Parathas
  3. Two types of Sabji (Dry & Gravy)
  4. Two types of Rice
  5. Two types of Daal
  6. Basic uses of Microwave and Induction

Day 2: Soup & Salad


  1. Cream of Mushroom
  2. Sweet Corn Veg. Soup
  3. Lemon Grass Soup
  4. Tomato Soup


  1. Russian Salad
  2. Waldorf Salad
  3. Caesar Salad
  4. Thai Salad

Day 3: Sandwich & Drinks


  1. Veg Sandwich
  2. Veg Sandwich Grill
  3. Three-layered Cheese Sandwich
  4. Veg Mayo Sandwich
  5. Mumbai Masala Sandwich
  6. Chocolate Sandwich


  1. Cold Coffee
  2. Lemon Mint
  3. Chikoo Smoothie

Day 4: Fast Food

  1. Bread Roll
  2. Chicken Cheese Ball/ Corn Cheese Ball
  3. Cheese Croquettes
  4. Hara-bhara Kabab
  5. Veg Frankie/Chicken Frankie

  7. Chocolate Mousse
  8. Minty /Garlic Dip

Day 5: Chinese Cuisine

  1. Veg. Manchurian
  2. Chicken Lollipop / Paneer Chilli
  3. Hakka Noodles
  4. Szechwan Fried Rice
  5. Exotic Vegetable with Burnt Garlic Sauce
  6. Spring Rolls (Veg/Non-veg)

 Day 6:  Italian Cuisine

  1. Pasta with Mornay Sauce
  2. Pasta with Arrabiata Sauce
  3. Veg Pizza
  4. Tiramisu

Day 7: South Indian Cuisine

  1. Medu Wada
  2. Sambar
  3. Chicken Chettinad
  4. Fish Madras Curry
  5. Lemon Rice
  6. Curd Rice
  7. Chanadal Phyasam

Day 8: North Indian Cuisine

  1. Makhani Gravy
  2. White Gravy
  3. Green Gravy
  4. Biryani
  5. Moong Dal Halwa

Dates for the Cooking Workshop: 4th– 11th March, 2018

Timing: 10:00 AM to 3.00 PM

Total Fees: Rs. 8,000/- per participant only

Online Registration Fees: It is mandatory to register in advance by paying Rs. 1000/- through Google Pay or Paytm on 9011082466. This payment will be adjusted against the total fees and the participant have to pay the remaining fees of Rs. 7000/- before the start of the workshop.

Fees for Individual Workshop: Rs. 1200/- ( Veg,) and Rs,1500 (Non-veg.) per workshop.

Total Seats: 6-8 only

Certificate: Certificate of attendance will be issued to the candidates with 100% attendance and only acquiring the required skills.
