At the end of this session, you will be able to make:

• Make a Black Forest Cake (with base sponge & icing)
• Make a gel based Pineapple Gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
• Make a Chocolate truffle (with base sponge & icing)
• Make a Photo Cake with different textures (with base sponge & icing) and
• Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

Day 2:
. Make a doll cake
. Make a two tier cake
. Make a weddingcake
. Make a cake using spray

Note: You will be getting a file of recipes and you may also bring boxes to carry your own handmade products back home.
