Day 1 : Baking sponge cake using premix,Slicing,Soaking, Layering, Coating & prepared . Black forest and mango two different type of cake.
Day 2 : Slicing, Soaking, Layering and Coating with Dutch truffle. Chocolate cake and 2D cake.
Day 3 : Ten types of border. Wedding cake and Photo cake .
Day 4 : 3-D cake decoration.
**Students should bring Container to carry home cakes prepared by them.
