  1. 4, Potatoes medium sized
  2. 4, Tomatoes small sized
  3. 3-4, Dry Red Chilies
  4. 1 cup, Red Onions, chopped
  5. 1teaspoon Garlic, chopped
  6. ½ tablespoon, Coriander leaves, chopped
  7. ½ teaspoon, Mustard oil
  8. Salt to taste


Roast the tomatoes, potatoes and red chilies on gas flame or tandoor.

Peel the tomato and potato and mash them well with help of masseur.

To the mashed mixture, add red chillies, onions, garlic, mustard oil, coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Mix well and serve it with any main course food such as Litti.
