Bakery Hands-on Workshop 10 Days | April 22 – May 2nd 2019

This course has been designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, home-bakers, also for those wanted to start their own bakery shop.

*Day 06: April 27th (Saturday)*

*Day 07: April 29th (Monday)*

  1. Whole Wheat Date & Walnut Cake
  2. Whole Wheat Cookies
  3. Whole Wheat Apple Cake
  4. Whole Wheat Muffins
  5. Chocolate Mousse

*Day 08: April 30th (Tuesday)*

  1. Swiss Roll
  2. Black Forest Cake Icing
  3. Pita Bread with Hummus
  4. Prepare any of the above learned one item.

 *Day 09: May 1st (Wednesday)*

  1. Black Forest Cake (with base sponge & icing)
  2. Pineapple Gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
  3. Chocolate Ganache (with base sponge & icing)
  4. Photo Cake (with base sponge & icing)
  5. Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

 *Day 10: May 2nd (Thursday)*

  1. Bundt Cake
  2. Choco Filled Butter Cookies
  3. Pista Cookies
  4. Oat Club Sandwich Loaf
  5. Thandai Cookies

*Dates for the Bakery Workshop*: April 22 – May 2nd 2019

*Timing*: 10:00 AM to 4.00 PM


*Fees Payable*: Rs. 12,000/- per participant only.


Online Registration Fees: It is *mandatory to register in advance by paying Rs.1000/- through Google Pay or Paytm on 9011082466*. This payment will be adjusted against the total fees and the participant have to pay the remaining fees of Rs. 11000/- before the start of the workshop.

*Fees for Individual Workshop*: Rs. 1500/- per workshop.

*Note*: This is a hands-on workshop and you may carry your own baked items proportionately back home for your loved ones. You will be getting a file of recipes, pen and chef cap before the start of the session. You do not have to carry any ingredients.
