At the end of this session, your child would be able to:

1. Cup Cake Icing
2. Make a Pineapple gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
3. Make a Chocolate ganache (with base sponge & icing)
4. Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.
