Tofu with Cinnamon

Ingredients‬‬

  1. 1 cup Tofu cut in pieces
  2. 3/4 cup red capsicum
  3. 3/4 cup yellow capsicum
  4. 3/4 cup green capsicum
  5. 3/4 cup onion cut in square
  6. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  7. ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  8. ½ teaspoon white pepper powder
  9. ½ tbsp Ginger (grated)
  10. 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves/cilantro leaves
  11. Salt to taste

Recipe:

First heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and sauté for few seconds. Add onion cubes and sauté for a minute. Then add capsicum cubes one by one and sauté for two to three minutes. Add salt and mix it well. Add tofu pieces and sauté for one – two minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and mix well. Again sprinkle pepper powder and mix well. Off the flame and sprinkle cilantro leaves and serve it hot.

Do‬‬’s:You may remove tofu from packet. Take a micro-safe bowl and add little water to dip properly the tofu pieces into it. Add pinch of sugar and salt in a water and micro for a minute. Now tofu becomes softer. Cook on medium flame. Don’t overcook and reheat.
