Take a big bowl and sieve all flours and salt together. Add oil and enough water to form semi soft dough. Knead the dough and rest for 25- 30 minutes. Now make small balls from dough and roll out thin chapattis. Cook it very little on hot tava. Make sure the chapattis should be 1/3rd cooked. Spread the stuffing on one end, brings both sides up and roll. Seal the edges with water. Heat the oil in a frying pan and deep fried it. Cool and cut into pieces .Serve with sweet and sour chutney.
For cooked Hakka noodles read my Hakka noodles recipe. When used water for seal the edges, you may use a paste of 1tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp of water.
