Shepu Potato/ Dill Potato

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15- 17 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 200 gms baby potatos
  2. 250 gms shepu, chopped/dill leaves
  3. 2 tbsp Butter/Olive oil
  4. 2 tsp chopped Garlic
  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 3-4 tbsp chopped spring onion (only white part)
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped tomato
  8. Salt to taste

Recipe:

Heat a pan and add butter for melting. Add baby potatoes and sauté for seven to ten minutes. Add spring onion and garlic to it and sauté it again for two minutes. Add salt to taste. Now add chopped shepu also known as dill leaves and mix it well. Cover it for few minutes till sappu cooked well. Now add chopped tomato and mix well. Saute for a minute. Add black pepper powder and mix it well. Off the flame and rest it for one minute. Serve it hot with paratha.

Do’s: You replace salt to sea salt. Some people know shepu as a dill leaves or suwa.
