Take a big bowl and mash the boiled potato well. Add homemade grated paneer and mash it well with the boiled potato.Then add rest of the other ingredients mentioned above one by one and prepare a mixture. You may sprinkle water if required during preparation of mixture. Make small-small balls from this mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan .Deep fry these balls on the medium flame till crisp and golden brown texture comes. Serve hot with chutney.
Do’s: If you want to make it crunchy and crispier then roll the mixture balls in rava before frying.
