Fish Fillet in Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  1. 500gm Fish fillets
  2. 2 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns, crushed
  4. 2 tablespoon Butter
  5. 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  6. 2 tablespoon Gram flour
  7. ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  9. 2 tablespoon Oil
  10. Salt to taste

Recipe:

Take the Fish fillets in a bowl. Firstly, spread gram flour on fish fillets and mix it well. Now, clean it with fresh water and keep it in a bowl.
Season the fillets with salt, turmeric, red chili powder and lemon juice and mix it well. Keep it aside for 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry fillets about 3-4 minutes on both the sides or till it become golden brown. Remove the fish fillets from the pan.
Clean the pan and heat butter. When the butter is melted, add the chopped garlic, fry it for about a minute or just until the garlic becomes light golden brown. Add fish in it & then fry gently for a minute.

Sprinkle black peppercorns and serve hot.

If you like lemon juice, then you may drizzle few drops or half tablespoon of lemon juice with crushed black peppercorns on it before serving.
