Dark Chocolates

Ingredients: 125gms Dark compound/ Milk compound Chocolate Bar

Recipe For the basic chocolates:
If you want to melt your chocolate compound bar through double boiling method, take an open pan in which a vessel fits over it. Use thick bottom vessel. Put some water in your open pan and keep on gas stove to bring a boil. Then place the empty vessel for heating for five minutes. Don’t put your chocolate bar directly in the vessel for heating. Cut your chocolate bars into small pieces or grate properly. After heating your vessel put your small pieces or grated chocolate in it. Keep your gas flame on low mode. Take a spoon and go round and round in clockwise direction for five minutes. When you are going round with spoon beware that spoon touches only the diameter. Don’t bring the spoon in the middle. Do it with little pressure. Now whisk the chocolate for one to two minutes. Again heat the chocolate for one minute. Remove the vessel from the flame. Now, you will check whether your chocolate is free flowing when you are pouring with spoon. If you want simple chocolate then pour chocolate syrup into mould and put it in the freeze for ten to fifteen minutes. If you are in hurry then put in freezer to set for three to five minutes. After that remove and unmold your chocolates. Enjoy with your kids n family because every age group enjoy chocolates.

To make in microwave:
Chopped or grate your chocolate and micro for thirty seconds in a microwave bowl. After that, mix well and check its’ flow. If required then again micro for thirty seconds. Mix well and pour in mould.

Do’s: If you like sweeter chocolate then replace dark compound to milk compound chocolate.
