  • Ingredients:-
    • For marinade:
      • 10 – 12 pcs chicken
      • Salt to taste
      • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
      • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
      • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
      • 1 tablespoon vinegar
      • 2 tablespoon refined flour (Maida)
      • ½ tablespoon corn flour
      • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
      • 1 tablespoon oil
      • 2 tablespoon water
      • ¼ teaspoon tsp Kashmiri chili powder (for colour)
      • ¼ teaspoon tsp red food colour (if u want redder colour, optional)
    • For Garnish:
      • 2 tablespoon Spring onion, chopped

Recipe:

Clean and wash the chicken lollypops and keep aside. In a bowl mix all ingredients and salt to taste. Now coat each chicken lollypop with the paste of ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Grease a microwave safe plate with the oil and preheat using the microwave + grill option at 180 degree C. Place the chicken lollipops on the greased plate for 10 – 12 minutes. Turning over once after 5minutes.
Serve it hot with mayonnaise.
Don’t: Food colour is not healthy, try avoiding it.
