Buttermilk

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cup fresh curds
  2. 1 1/2 cup fresh water
  3. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  4. 3 Green chillies, split
  5. 2 tbsp oil
  6. 5 cloves, crushed garlic
  7. 1 pinch black salt
  8. Salt as per taste

Recipe:

Blend the curds, water, black salt and salt well. Heat oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add crushed garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. Pour over the buttermilk. Serve with chopped coriander leaves.
